Here’s to 2023 – and here’s what 4PS UK did in 2022!

So, another year has come and gone! After digging deep in 2020 and again in 2021 – dealing with so much isolation and uncertainty, it was nice to be back to “business as usual” in 2022. We are so grateful to be able to look back on another great year full of contributions and collaboration from our fantastic team.

2022 was another year to be incredibly proud of our achievements – new customers, eleven new team members, numerous certifications for our talented employees, and awards – there has been much to celebrate in the wake of the pandemic.

Here are just some of our highlights as we reflect and look forward to 2023.

  • Through our Life at 4PS programme we’ve supported our employees throughout the year with regular sessions including stress awareness, menopause advice, in-office massages and walking and exercise challenges to encourage everyone to move more!
  • Our General Manager Val Clarke signed a pledge to become a champion for Women in Dynamics. Not only that, through her work to inspire others to commit to gender diversity and inclusion, Val was shortlisted for the award for Diversity & Inclusion at the Women in Dynamics Awards at Directions EMEA in November.
  • CSR has been at the forefront with regular donations to our local food bank, raising money for Comic Relief with virtual quizzes, donating IT equipment to local Scouts and Asylum Seekers and even jumping out of a plan to raise money and awareness for the Samaritans.
  • With the fantastic community based at Birmingham Business Park we have taken part in the Business Park Games, nurtured our company allotment, flexed our creative skills with some festive wreath making and helped raise vital funds for the Birmingham Business Park charity of the year, the British Heart Foundation.
  • We’ve started rolling out Personal Leadership training enabling our team to take control of their own lives and learn how to get the best out of themselves. The training provides insights into what we are good at and where we can improve ourselves so that we can be the best version of ourselves.
  • We finally got to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of 4PS (albeit two years later than planned thanks to COVID) and 4PS colleagues from across Europe met in Rotterdam for a day of activities followed by a great party that went on to the early hours. Ian and Rich even cycled all the way there!
  • Making sure our employee’s receive fair pay for their hard work is a priority and we were delighted to have this formally recognised by becoming a Living Wage Foundation accredited employer.
  • In November we were very proud to be named the winner of the Construction Management Software of the Year at the Construction Computing Awards.
  • Directions EMEA is always a highlight on the calendar for Microsoft Partners and this year we were thrilled to be able to take support consultants Greta and Neelesh along as part of the ‘Young in Dynamics’ scheme, to encourage the rising stars in our industry.

What a great year 2022 has been for all of us – we’re so excited to see what 2023 has in store for 4PS UK. We’re looking forward to another year of challenges and achievements!
