New Summer 22 UK release for 4PS Construct now available
The latest version of 4PS Construct has now been released to our customers in the UK: the Summer 22 release! With continuous updates in our software, our customers using 4PS Construct in the Microsoft Cloud are always up to date with the latest developments and optimisations. This release contains updates in, among others, 4PS Control, Graphical Resource Planning, and our Purchase module.
Does your company run 4PS Construct in the cloud?
If you use 4PS Construct in the cloud (SaaS), you will always be in the front row when we introduce new versions of our software. You automatically benefit from new developments and optimisations and are therefore always assured of the very latest version of our software. After all, that is one of the great advantages of working with cloud software!

Non-CIS Amounts on Subcontractor Documents
Non-CIS amounts are now supported on subcontractor documents and entries in 4PS Construct. This enables you to record amounts on CIS verified subcontractors that fall outside the CIS scheme, and which should not be liable for CIS tax deduction or be included in the Monthly CIS Return.
Graphical Resource Planning (GRP)
The Graphical Resource Planning provides you with instant insight into your planning, thanks to a visual representation of the planning of all your resources. With the updates in the Summer 22 release, you can assign resource groups to a work order via the GRP. There are also design improvements and enhanced filtering options in the GRP.
4PS Control
4PS Control is a collaboration platform that simplifies collaboration and communication with customers and partners, enabling you to share certain data and processes from 4PS Construct. For example, you can give customers access to 4PS Control so that they can report defects themselves, but you can also assign work orders to subcontractors or send requests for quotes via the portal. Naturally, fully integrated with 4PS Construct! In this new release, we’ve added a filter option to the 4PS Control homepage to search by entity. When you log back into 4PS Control, this filtering is retained. Very useful if, for example, you are responsible for a specific service location.
