Our Commitment to ESG

At 4PS UK, we understand that each individual in our organisation plays a vital role in our collective success. Through our commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), we endeavour to inspire change, promote well-being, and drive long-term prosperity for all. Keep reading to learn about our ESG commitments and initiatives.

ESG

We genuinely care about the world we work in and recognise our societal role. We know we have responsibilities to the places and communities where we do business, and we take being responsible environmental stewards seriously. Our commitment to being a good corporate citizen is at the core of everything we do and shapes how we interact with our customers, employees and suppliers.

  • Our Statement on ESG

The core values of ESG, encompassing ethics and practicality, have always been the essence of our company’s mission. Through focused, well-defined, and measurable actions, we strive to create a meaningful global impact.

  • Environment

In 2023, we took a proactive step to minimise our environmental footprint by committing to reduce carbon emissions. We achieved this by partnering with a renewable energy supplier to fulfil our energy requirements. Additionally, we’ve implemented an internal transport policy to strengthen our sustainability initiatives.

  • Social

At 4PS, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where discrimination has no place. We highly prioritise our employees’ mental and physical well-being and actively invest in building their confidence throughout their professional journey, whether in the early stages or at advanced levels. Our commitment to this includes implementing a hybrid work policy and a diversity policy.

  • Governance

At the core of our business and every aspect of ESG, we prioritise good governance and adherence to compliance obligations. It’s an essential foundation for our success. We aspire to have all our stakeholders take pride in being associated with our company, and this pride stems from understanding the positive impact we make on the world. To achieve this, we’ve partnered with ZTP UK to monitor our energy, water, and waste consumption throughout 2024. We’re enthusiastic about analysing this data to identify opportunities for enhancing our ESG initiatives in the future.

Sustainable Development Goals

We are dedicated to collaborating with our employees, partners, and stakeholders to champion the environmental objectives outlined in the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

We are deeply committed to positively impacting our local community by actively supporting meaningful causes and initiatives that uplift and empower the people around us.

At 4PS UK, the health and well-being of our employees take centre stage as we prioritise both their mental and physical welfare to ensure a thriving and harmonious work environment.

Our unwavering commitment is to foster equal opportunities for women and girls, and we are resolutely working towards achieving gender equality within our organisation.

We’re dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint, and one of our key strategies is selecting a renewable energy supplier for our office to contribute to a more sustainable future.

We aim to actively diminish inequalities by cultivating an inclusive work environment where everyone is valued and respected. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance against any form of discrimination, and you can learn more about our commitment in our comprehensive diversity policy.

We take a responsible approach to IT waste management. Any IT waste we produce is either refurbished for reuse or entrusted to a sustainably focused computer disposal service for recycling, ensuring that we minimise our environmental impact.

Our partnership with Microsoft is driven by their innovative and sustainability-oriented approach, aligning with our commitment to collaborate with like-minded partners who share our dedication to responsible business practices.
