Big news! We’ve recently launched a brand-new section on our website dedicated to sustainability at 4PS UK.
At 4PS UK, we’re all about doing business the right way, and that means putting sustainability front and centre. We invite you to explore how we’re driving positive change through our ESG efforts.
Sustainable Development Goals
Our dedication to sustainability aligns closely with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We’re proud to collaborate with our employees, partners, and stakeholders to champion the environmental objectives outlined in these global goals.
To highlight a few initiatives:
Community Impact: Empowering our local community is at the heart of our ESG agenda. Through meaningful causes and initiatives, we actively uplift and support those around us, striving to make a tangible difference in the lives of people in our area. Currently, we’re proud to support the North Solihull Foodbank as our charity of the year for 2024. Additionally, we’re raising awareness on important causes, such as the “Match the Month 2024” campaign, which encourages employees to take 11,000 steps per day in support of prostate cancer. Employee Well-being: At 4PS UK, the health and well-being of our employees come first. We prioritise both their mental and physical welfare, fostering a thriving work environment where everyone can flourish. In 2024, our dedication to employee well-being was recognised as we were awarded Best for Mental Health at the WM People Top Employer Awards.

Responsible IT Waste Management: We take a responsible approach to IT waste management, ensuring that any waste produced is either refurbished for reuse or recycled through sustainable channels.
