Trainee Support Consultant
As a Trainee Support Consultant, you serve as the initial contact for customers, staying calm and effectively identifying appropriate solutions.

Your tasks will include
- Daily resolution of 1st and 2nd line support requests via various channels (telephone, support portal, email, etc.).
- Structured preparation, handover and follow-up of requests that go to 3rd line support.
- Building a trusting customer relationship and proactive communication on ongoing requests.
- Flexible attitude and the ability to switch quickly between tasks and topics.
- Customer-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good written and spoken English.
