4PS UK marks third year as a Living Wage Employer

At 4PS UK, we’re proud to share that we’ve been accredited as a Living Wage Employer for the third year running. Read on to discover why this commitment matters, what it means for our team, and how we’re helping to raise standards across our industry.

We’re pleased to share that 4PS UK has now been accredited as a Living Wage Employer for the third year running—a milestone that reflects our continued commitment to supporting our people and doing the right thing.

Being part of the Living Wage movement means everyone working at 4PS UK will always receive at least the real Living Wage, the only UK wage rate based on the true cost of living rather than the legal minimum. The newly announced 2025–26 rates—£13.45 across the UK and £14.80 in London – will be implemented by accredited employers by 1st May 2026, ensuring wages continue to keep pace with everyday needs.

At 4PS UK, our people are at the heart of our success. We believe that fair pay is the foundation of a positive, supportive workplace, helping create an environment where colleagues can thrive professionally and personally. Our Living Wage commitment goes beyond compliance; it reflects our values and the culture we are proud to build. By providing a wage that supports the real cost of living, we aim to reduce financial pressures, improve well-being, and help our teams feel secure and valued.

Val Clarke, Operations & HR Director at 4PS UK, said:

“We are delighted to be recognised as a Living Wage Employer for the third year running. Paying the real Living Wage reflects our ongoing commitment to treating our employees fairly and acknowledging the valuable contributions they make to our business. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we will continue to ensure they are supported through fair and responsible pay.”

The Living Wage movement continues to grow across the UK, with more than 16,000 employers now accredited.  This commitment has helped thousands of employees benefit from higher pay, raising expectations for what fair and decent work should look like. We’re proud to play our part in driving this positive change and look forward to continuing our commitment in the years ahead.
