New release for 4PS Construct now available: UK Spring 23 release

Introducing the Spring 23 release of 4PS Construct, our award-winning software that brings a host of exciting new functionalities and advancements to our valued customers. This new release contains optimisations and new developments from 4PS in 4PS Construct as well as new features from Microsoft in the Business Central platform. Payroll integration with Moorepay 

In this release, we have added integration between 4PS Construct and Moorepay, a leading provider of payroll software in the UK market. Through this integration, you can use Moorepay employee records to create employees in 4PS Construct, send timesheets from 4PS Construct to Moorepay, and receive the resulting data for a payroll run from Moorepay into 4PS Construct to enable financial posting.  

This integration enables you to streamline your payroll activities end-to-end across 4PS Construct and Moorepay, reducing administrative effort. 

New Business Central functionality localised in 4PS Construct UK

In Business Central version 21, Microsoft introduced new functionality, such as VAT Dates and the ability to search for posted and non-posted document lines.  

In this release, we have also enabled these new capabilities for UK-specific document types within 4PS Construct. 

Azure Maps integration in 4PS Graphical Resource Planning 

4PS Graphical Resource Planning (GRP) is a convenient planning tool that gives companies instant insight into the availability of their resources through a digital planning board.  

In this release, we have extended GRP with an Azure Maps integration. This gives planners insight on a map into where colleagues are working, but also shows, for example, what the fastest route to the next job is at a specific date and time. This makes effective planning and deployment of resources even easier.
