On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, we will meet at DeFabrique in Utrecht (NL) for a new edition of the 4PS Customer Day. A day where we look ahead together: at innovations in our software, the future vision of Microsoft and Hilti, and the latest developments in the industry.

Get inspired, choose your own breakout sessions and meet colleagues from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Sweden and France.

The 4PS Customer Day is the ideal opportunity to take you as a customer or relation into the 4PS future vision and strategy. We go deeper into interesting developments and trends from the industry and show how we respond to them with our software.

Practical information about the location

The 4PS Customer Day will take place at DeFabrique in Utrecht, a centrally located and unique industrial location. DeFabrique is easily accessible by both car and public transportation.

Arriving by public transport?

From Maarssen station you can walk to the location in 15 minutes. Rather not walk? No problem! We will use shuttle buses to bring you to and from DeFabrique quickly and comfortably. At the station, follow the Kanaalzijde exit. OV bikes are also available at the station.

By car?

You park for free in one of the 700 spacious parking spots. Professional parking attendants ensure smooth parking. Do you drive electric? Then you can use one of the 14 charging stations on site.

During this interactive workshop you will work with our expert Bert on Microsoft Copilot Studio. After a brief introduction about the possibilities of Copilot, you will build your own working agent that integrates with Business Central under guidance. Bring your laptop and discover how to use AI to develop smart solutions for your organization. Please note that this workshop is longer than a regular session and covers both Round 1 and Round 2. If you choose this workshop, you will not be able to attend another breakout session in Round 2.

Martin Inganäs- Vice President Strategy Hilti Construction Software

Martin Inganäs, born in Sweden, is passionate about digital transformation in the construction industry. An industrial engineer, he earned a PhD in innovation management. He started his professional career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. In 2011, he joined Hilti Corporation and led the launch of Hilti's equipment management software solution. In his current position, he is Vice President for Strategy within the Construction Software Business Unit.

Matthijs van Dijk - Product Manager Business Central

Matthijs has been with 4PS since 2018 and started his career with us as a consultant in the Construction Business Unit. As product manager, Matthijs is now responsible for both the service and maintenance module of 4PS Construct as well as the functional side of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. Matthijs gets energy from the balance between business and IT and the interplay between customer needs and product offerings.

Gerrit Krijgsman - Product Manager Global

Gerrit is a true veteran in software development for the construction industry with almost 30 years of experience. Since 2021, he has been using his expertise as Product Manager at 4PS, where he is responsible for a wide range of modules, including Financial, Plant, HR & Hours. Benjamin Nothaft- Business Owner Fieldwire Switzerland, Austria, Poland & the Netherlands

Benjamin, a graduate of TU Munich with a master's degree in Business Administration and Engineering, oversees Hilti Group's Fieldwire business for the Swiss, Austrian, Polish and Dutch markets as Business Owner. He joined Hilti in 2022 and played a central role in the introduction of Fieldwire in Central Europe, particularly in Germany. Prior to his career at Hilti, he held several international management positions in sales and marketing at RATIONAL AG. In his last position as Global Segment Director, he was the driving force behind the global operations and development of the Retail division. He oversaw the sales expansion of a SaaS solution for the foodservice sector.

Tobias Fenster - Managing Director 4PS Germany

Tobias started his career in the 1990s as a developer. During his career, he held various positions, including as head of technical consultancy, head of development and CTO for several Microsoft partners. Tobias is now Managing Director at 4PS Germany. In addition, he is also Microsoft Regional Director, holds two Microsoft MVP awards (Business Applications and Azure) and is a Docker Captain. Bert has been with 4PS for over 12 years and has been working with Navision since 2007; the predecessor to the current Business Central platform. Jan Paul Zeeman - Product Director Benelux 4PS

As Product Director Benelux at 4PS, Jan Paul is responsible for Product developments within the Product Cluster Benelux. Together with the Product Development team (developers, testers and product managers) of Belgium and the Netherlands they are responsible for the 4PS Construct localizations of the Netherlands and Belgium. This means that specific developments for the Belgian and Dutch market have a place in these localizations. Together with the Product Managers they keep an eye on the market developments and trends for the construction industry. They do this across 3 axes: laws and regulations, macro developments and trends, competition. Through close contact with customers, industry associations and other stakeholders, they gather valuable insights that help 4PS respond even better to its customers' needs.
