Our International Talent Program IGNITE is an accelerated career path designed for professionals who want to grow quickly in an international environment. This program is built for exactly that.
This is a two-year international program that allows you to explore different parts of our organization through three rotations, two of which will take place abroad. After completing these three rotations, you can move on to a permanent position.
During the first 12 months, you will start your journey in your home country. This phase is focused on onboarding, getting to know 4PS, and building a strong foundation in consultancy. You’ll gain hands-on experience in different roles and receive a 6-week onboarding and training at our headquarters in the Netherlands.
For your second step, you will spend 6 months abroad at one of our international 4PS offices. You’ll gain hands-on consultancy experience, work in a new environment, and develop your ability to collaborate and deliver impact across cultures.
During your second international rotation, you will spend another 6 months abroad in a different role, based on your interests. Whether in consultancy, project management, account management, or product management, you will broaden your perspective and discover where your strengths and ambitions truly lie.
At the end of the program, you will step into your landing position within 4PS. Based on your development, strengths, and ambitions, you will take on a role as a consultant, lead consultant, accountmanager, project manager, or product manager. This role will be based in one of our international offices, where you can continue to grow and make impact.

In this conversation, we’ll dive deeper into your motivation, ambitions, and what you’re looking for in your early career, while giving you more insight into the IGNITE program and 4PS.
You’ll connect with members of our management team to explore your potential in more depth, while also learning more about our organisation, culture, and the type of work you’ll be involved in.)
As the final step, you’ll be invited to our headquarters in the Netherlands for one interactive assessment day in October. You’ll work on a real-life business case, meet future colleagues, and experience what it’s like to be part of 4PS, so we can both determine if it’s the right match.
