Val Clarke 'Highly Commended' at the 2025 Digital Revolution Awards

At the 2025 Digital Revolution Awards, the 4PS UK team had plenty to celebrate. While we didn’t take home a trophy, we were incredibly proud to see our Operations & HR Director, Val Clarke, Highly Commended by the judges in the Outstanding Leader category. With Romesh Ranganathan hosting the evening, it was a night full of humour, inspiration, and a strong sense of pride across the digital and tech industries.
Leading with Purpose: Why Val Was Highly Commended
Val Clarke isn’t one to stick to the status quo. With over 13 years in the software world – and 7+ years focused on Microsoft ERP and SaaS – she knows how to get results. But what really makes her stand out is her people-first approach to leadership.
Under Val’s guidance, 4PS has transformed into a workplace where diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being are not just goals but embedded in our culture.
What Makes Val an Outstanding Leader?
Val has driven real change through a range of impactful initiatives. She introduced flexible work policies that support women, parents, and those with health conditions, helping people thrive both professionally and personally. She also prioritised mental health by launching dedicated programmes and introducing Mental Health First Aiders, creating a culture where support is always available. Val opened up vital conversations around menopause, ensuring women feel heard and supported. Beyond 4PS, she continues to use her platform as a London Build Ambassador and speaker at Directions EMEA to champion inclusion, innovation, and talent development across the tech and construction industries.
Making a Measurable Difference
Thanks to Val’s leadership, we’ve achieved some incredible milestones, including winning the Best for Mental Health award at the WM People Top Employer Awards, earning Thrive at Work accreditation, being certified as a Great Place to Work, and being named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™.
