4PS appoints Bram van den Heuvel as Chief Financial Officer

4PS Group has appointed Bram van den Heuvel as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 September. With his international experience in finance, operations, and strategic growth, Bram will help strengthen the company’s financial and operational foundation as it continues to scale.

As CFO, Bram will be responsible for:

• Strategic Projects
• License Management

This role reflects 4PS Group’s focus on disciplined growth, clear governance, and a scalable operating model. 

Experience in scaling international organisations

Bram joins from Construsoft Group B.V. & Miryen, where he served as Chief Financial & Operational Officer. There, he led functions including finance, IT, procurement, and legal, supporting the company in strengthening its reporting structures and scaling its operations.

Miryen is a holding for 2 software companies (Construsoft Groep and EDRMedeso), consolidating 100+ million revenue with 400 employees active in 20+ countries. 

Previously, Bram held CFO roles at Payco Holding and Qardio, gaining experience in private equity environments, international expansion, and M&A. He started his career at KPMG, specialising in finance, accounting, and governance.

Bram is known for his hands-on approach, combining strategic insight with pragmatic execution. He focuses on aligning financial performance with organisational development, supporting long-term value creation.
