Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability are becoming increasingly important as a result of all kinds of social and environmental problems. Because 4PS would like to contribute to enhancing and improving the world, we are committed to corporate social responsibility. We will not do this on our own, but together with you as employees! You can read on this page in what way you can support CSR at 4PS and how to submit your ideas / requests.
Within 4PS a team has been formed to monitor 4PS’s CSR policy. They are dedicated to 4PS’s CSR policy and desperately need your help with this. Everyone can submit a proposal or application concerning Corporate Social Responsibility. These proposals will then be evaluated by the CSR team against certain criteria. If your idea is chosen and implemented, we expect you to actively participate in the project.
Building on our corporate responsibility and sustainability is key to our success over the coming years. With a diverse and multicultural staff working across the world, in 4PS UK we are keen to build on our charitable work, community involvement and environmental impact by finding and implementing new ideas for improvement. This will ensure we offer the best possible outcomes for our employees, customers, and the planet.
4PS is a cool company. Of course, we want to show this, but how great would it be when we can also give something back? We do not want to be a sustainable partner only for our customers; We also want to commit ourselves to making a difference for our community. In this way, with CSR initiatives, we can do a little better every day.
I still remember thinking when I started working at 4PS: Nice company, good atmosphere, but I think we could probably contribute to society a little more. That’s why I would like to contribute to CSR by enthusing colleagues, customers and partners and connecting them with initiatives to make society more beautiful and sustainable.
CSR is not a must, but a great opportunity to make people and the planet more beautiful! As a company we have a lot to offer: innovative ideas, committed people and financial resources. I see it as a challenge to support those initiatives that make you happy. I’m trying to listen carefully and to stimulate a bit to get your initiative started. Bring it on!
4PS already does many things that are related to Corporate Social Responsibility, but as employees, we don’t yet get much out of it and we lack a common goal that we can try to achieve with each other. I see it as a great challenge to explore with you what 4PS can do, to add some structure to this and to contribute together.
4PS Belgium is a start-up and that is why it is extremely important to us that our customers are & remain satisfied. "People" is an inseparable component of CSR and you can feel that at 4PS. Both employees and customers play a key role. In challenging Covid-19 times, 4PS promotes understanding and support. Let's link this to a sustainable society and you have the ideal combo.
You can make requests and submit ideas. For example, we will have a different “charity of the year” every year. This means that we do several sponsored events during the year to support the charity of the year. Can you come up with a suitable charity organization for next year? Then submit it and it might well be the new charity of the year. You can also apply for sponsorship. 4PS can then contribute in a certain way to an event, for example. Furthermore, there are several options with regard to CSR ideas, you can apply for voluntary work, but you can also submit an idea to work more sustainably. Use your creativity!
Please note; Initiatives based on political or religious affiliation will not be considered.
You can submit your own initiative for the Charity of the year. The submitted initiatives will be pre-selected by the CSR team. They will choose a top 3 - that best fits the 4PS core and brand values. This top 3 is then shared with the employees of 4PS and customers. Then you, but also customers, can vote for your preferred organization from this top 3. The winner will be the Charity of the year.
For 4PS it is important that a sponsor application is in line with our focus, our strategy and our brand (conscious, sustainable, pioneering) and core values (follow your heart, deepen, renew). Do you have a sponsor request that fits perfectly with 4PS? Send it in!
There are of course also other CSR campaigns in which 4PS can contribute. Examples could be voluntary work and sustainability initiatives, such as recycling. Do you have a good idea that suits 4PS? Send it in below!
