4PS UK wins Excellence in Mental Health and Wellbeing award

We are delighted to announce that 4PS UK has been recognised with the Excellence in Mental Health and Wellbeing Award at the Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering Awards 2025. Sponsored by Arcadis, the awards celebrate individuals, teams, and organisations that are driving meaningful change across the industry.

The award acknowledges our commitment to making mental health and wellbeing a central part of our culture. Over the past year, 4PS has strengthened its approach by expanding its Mental Health First Aiders programme, introducing new wellbeing initiatives such as mindfulness workshops, lunchtime yoga, and a flourishing on-site garden allotment, and enhancing accessibility through regular awareness sessions and drop-in support.

Our efforts are delivering measurable results, as evidenced by employee feedback that shows increased satisfaction with mental health support and work-life balance.
