We were thrilled that we had another successful event meeting our customers, sharing with them all the latest exciting news about us and Dynamics 365 and interacting with them on our annual Customer Experience Day!
This year the theme of the event was Effiency+ and it very well complements our efforts to not only present the latest trends in digitising your business on the day but also to consistently bring optimised efficiency to businesses through our day-to-day collaboration. Customer Day took place on 13th November at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel and Country Club.
The day started with an opening speech and an update from Ian Cowan (4PS UK Managing Director) who showed where 4PS UK is months after its oficially joining the 4PS Group. During the day we also showed our new Customer Portal, talked about the future of Dynamics 365 and what to expect from Business Central, what other add-ons you could use alongside Dynamics 365 to further improve your workflow.
In order to introduce more opportunities for interaction for our customers, we launched Round Table Discussions on hot topics related to ways that NAV is used, how we can make the most of it and what the future would look like.
Useful, informative, professional and inspiring were the words most often used by our customers to discribe the event and our collaboration with them.
