In July 2018, 4PS UK officially became a part of the 4PS Group which means that 4PS now has offices in Birmingham and in Ede (the Netherlands). In the spirit of “4PS meets 4PS”, all employees from the UK office visited the 4PS head office in the Netherlands on Friday, 21 September. The 4PS UK team enjoyed the time in Ede dedicated to getting acquainted and #learnmore. We believe we can look back on a successful event.
The UK colleagues were welcomed by the 4PS management board and their Dutch colleagues at the head office on Friday. After enjoying lunch and a tour of the office together, everyone joined the quarterly meeting which was also dedicated to #learnmore. Egbert Jan van Bel, a leading author and teacher in the field of marketing and customer experience, introduced our colleagues to the themes of customer focus and what this means for the culture of an organisation.
Ian Cowan, managing director in the UK, gave an in-depth presentation on the prospected growth of 4PS UK and their ambitions for the coming years. During this meeting, special focus was also on the various innovative 4PS projects and the customer teams that help us reach our goals with regards to cooperation and customer happiness. The way in which all areas of the organisation are actively contributing to this is truly unique, and illustrates what 4PS means by #followyourheart.
At the end of the meeting, a lavish buffet awaited giving everyone a chance to get better acquainted. Oh, of course, we took a Group picture and recorded a video which not only show many smiley faces but clearly conveys our excitement! On Saturday, the UK colleagues visited the Rijksmuseum and were able to explore all the Dutch history and culture Amsterdam has to offer.
